Ram Shamgar

Attorney Ram Shamgar has been practicing law for about 30 years. Attorney Shamgar graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1986 (during which he also served as a teaching assistant). Attorney Shamgar specialized in the Supreme Court, with the late Honorable Vice President Judge Miriam Ben Porat, and then at the law firm S. Horowitz & Co. After receiving his law license in Israel, in 1987, he worked for about three years Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom is one of the largest and leading in New York and is a member of the New York Bar and qualified to practice law there.

After his return to Israel, he focused on the field of litigation. Attorney Shamgar has decades of experience in representing clients in various branches of law and judicial and quasi-judicial courts of all types: courts including the Supreme Court, various courts, including labor courts, military courts, appeals committees and more, as well as before various governmental bodies. He also represented a state investigative committee. In some of the cases in which Attorney Shamgar appeared, legal laws were established in various fields of law. Attorney Shamgar has experience in representation in arbitration proceedings and he himself served as an arbitrator pursuant to a court appointment.
